How much time did the pricing process take before Floral Profit ?
Nenah: “We spent about 2.5 to 3 hours on pricing. We had to type everything out and calculate it manually, and it takes quite a bit of time to do that properly.”
How did you used to make the price list?
Nenah: “Before Floral Profit, we actually worked with an email that we drafted later, when we were at the office. As a result, the price list arrived in the store much too late.”
What has changed since you started using Floral Profit?
Nenah: “Our margins have improved significantly. Prices are automatically loaded immediately after the auction. So you are super fast — the price list is already in the shop before the flowers arrive. This allows the team to prepare in advance for what is coming in.”
Who in your team works with Floral Profit?
Nenah: “The colleagues who handle purchasing work with it daily. They create the price list immediately after the auction or purchase.”
Which feature do you use the most?
Nenah: “The Focus Mode. The products that have been purchased load immediately. You see the price you used before and you can click through right away, or adjust it if the prices have changed. That works fantastically.”
What has Floral Profit yielded for you the most?
Nenah: “We now have very clear insight into the true cost price of a product. Whereas previously we did not take package costs, commission, or auction costs into account, you now see these included directly. As a result, you know exactly what a product cost and can calculate a good margin.”
Was it difficult to start Floral Profit?
Nenah: “Actually, not at all. After we had used it two or three times, it was already running very well. We are still super satisfied with it; we have been using it for about a year and a half now.”
What would you say to other florists?
Nenah: “I really see this becoming standard in the future. Working digitally is simply very important. It works much easier and you have more time left over. For florists who aren't working with it yet, I would say: give it a try; you actually see immediately that your margins go up.”
How would you describe Floral Profit in three words?
Nenah: “Reliable, user-friendly, and insightful.”
